Jacob is a precious 2 year old little boy. Jacob was born with several special needs. Arnold Chiari Malformation claimed Jacob's life on May 4, 2007. Jacob fought very, very hard and his body finally just gave out. The only way we would have been able to bring our little boy home with us is for him to be on a ventilator all the time and we just couldn't do that to him. He was very active and happy all the time and it would have just been punishment for him and no quality of life either. I want to thank everyone for the donations thus far and for your thoughts and prayers. This is a very difficult time for me as well as the rest of the family. Jacob was my pride and joy and I honestly don't know how I will get on with my life or what to do from here. We are still accepting donations to help pay for funeral arrangements, so if you would like to donate, please do. Thank you again. Jacob was well loved and a joy to everyone who met and knew him. I will keep this site up for people to comment about Jacob or leave him messages. I will also update some more recent pictures before he passed away.
